Congragulations to Garst Farm Resorts (a member of the Iowa Bed & Breakfast Innkeeper’s Association) for being listed on the Des Moines Register’s 100 things to eat in Iowa before you die list.  Garst Farms made the list as #26.  And what should you eat there before you pass on?  Their sides-corn casserole, four-way bean dish and sweet and sour red cabbage.  Way to go Liz Garst! YUM!!!
