I had aspargus delivered to me grown in an SW Iowa garden. She gave me this recipe. It sounds so good. I plan to use it for breakfast Sunday.

Aspargus/Strawberry Fruit Dish

2 c. strawberries halfed or quartered

2 c. aspargus cut in 1″ pieces blanched 2-3 mins

Dressing:

1/4 c lemon juice

2 T. olive oil

2-3 T. honey

Pour dressing on right before serving.
